Return Policy

Brim and Dash will accept exchanges or returns on online purchases within 7 days of purchase. Hats must be in original condition, in its original packaging. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment. All custom orders or hats with modifications are final sale. Customer pays return shipping.

Shipping Policy

Shipping within the United States. 

Delivery within 5-10 days, as each hat is custom made.

All hats will be shipped UPS unless otherwise specified

At times are commerce company, Shopify, will overestimate shipping charges. If this is the case, we will refund you the difference. No worries.
